Constant Punches

Vitor Belfort is one of my favourite MMA fighters.  He has Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu background but he is famous for his boxing skills. Most of his matches he shows the importance of being able to deliver constant flurry of very basic punches  instead of going on with complicated combinations. A concept very important in Wing Tzun as well. Have a basic flurry but do it while moving forth, back, sideways, diagonal. Do it while the guy is standing up or on the floor. Do it while he is trying to punch,  kick or knee.
